As a visual upgrade to your M178 powered C190 AMG GT, Premier Tuning Group offers an aerospace level "Pre-Preg" carbon fiber upgrade to your original black plastic factory airbox lids. This visual upgrade is made of the same material as your carbon engine cover (For GT-R or newer GT owners). Many customers ask if the factory airbox and panel filter are sufficient for high horsepower. The answer is, YES! The factory air intake system on your C190 chassis is highly complex and designed with intent. The airbox lid is not the restriction. The restriction is actually the factory inlet tubes and original air filter. Match this with our M178 Carbon Air Inlets, and M178 High Flow Filters, and you will have the best combo that can support all your horsepower needs.
